Just a few more days until the end of the challenge. How is everyone doing? I have stuck to working out 4-6 days per week, but I have been horrible about tracking my food and making good nutrition choices. Hope you all are doing great!.

Still hanging in there with this challenge. I love working out in the morning before going outside to take care of animals…and with the colder temperatures I’m gets me nice and warmed up. Hope you are staying warm and healthy!

Found an easy chia pudding recipe that I’m planning to try. Also trying to add more veggies into my meals by adding spinach and/or frozen veggies to soups and other dishes. I have added spinach to spaghetti and chili. Doesn’t really add flavor, but does give it a healthy punch. I’ll update on the chia pudding next time.

I haven’t been quite as active on the website with this 12 week challenge, but I’m still working out 5-6 days a week and still working towards healthier eating habits. The holidays are coming and I will need all the help I can get. Foodie struggles… 😀

Not really a recipe just a lunch idea…todays lunch was a baked potato topped with cottage cheese and steamed broccoli. Love this as the weather cools off.

Premier Protein has a new flavor…birthday cake. Since it’s my birthday month I decided to try it. It’s ok but tastes a lot like vanilla sooo…I added half of a banana 🍌 and a couple handfuls of spinach. Yummy and filling lunch. Next time I’ll add some frozen mixed berries. 😋

I cook almost every night for my husband and myself, though I don’t like cooking. Y’all got any husband-friendly healthy recipes to share?

I did oven baked butter garlic salmon with a small amount of white rice and vegetables.

My husband is a typical cowboy 🤠…meat and potatoes kinda guy but he is willing to adjust. We do stir fry with shrimp 🍤 or grilled chicken and rice. We also do spaghetti but use veggie pasta or protein pasta.

Still sticking with the 10,000 steps and 100 crunches per day, as well as the 100 squats and push ups. Mother Nature isn’t playing nice, however, with the 10,000 steps, but that’s ok…I’ll catch up. The wind and snow was crazy here yesterday. How is your weather? Hope it’s warm and sunny where you are.

Got in over 10,000 both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was more of a workout…Sunday was just a lot of moving around…grandbabies are in town. Got all 100 crunches, squats, and push ups in on Saturday. Only 50 on Sunday. Today is a new day and a new week…and I’m still on the way to a better me! Have a great day!

I can get behind this Step Challenge! I like that my phone will count my steps! I can get 5000 steps in easily, but 10,000 will require some concentrated effort.

I didn’t realize the monthly challenges until recently. I only did the squats 1 time. I hope to improve here too! I need to learn time management!! Good night all!
