Cowboy Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/2 C. Brown Sugar or substitute
1/2 C. Coconut Oil
1/8 C. Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
3/4 C. Flour, or Coconut Flour or sub)
1 C. Quick Oats
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 C. Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Blend protein and powder brown sugar in a bowl. Melt coconut oil and blend with eggs and yogurt. Mix in with sugars. Add dry ingredients and stir until soft and firm and add chocolate chips. Roll into balls and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. (If your oven burns easily, reduce heat to 350)
